Once opened, QimiQ should be stored in the fridge and used within 3 days.
It´s as simple as that!!
QimiQ can be stored unopened for up to 6 months. It is best used at room temperature.
If used chilled, simply whisk QimiQ a little longer until completely smooth.

1. Store QimiQ at room temperature (18 - 20 degrees Celsius)
2. Cut packet open along dotted line.
3. Tip into a bowl
4. Whisk until smooth
5. Add ingredients
