Dirafrost is known for its top-quality flash pasteurised purees, and flexible product-range.
The main operation in Herk-de-Stad (Belgium), has facilities to store over 15.000 pallets under fully automatic controlled temperature of - 18°C.
In our production department for fruit purees, we produce a wide range of frozen fruit purees, packed in handy 4 x 1 kg resealable or in 10 kg buckets with a lid.




DIRA Fruit Purees provide chefs with a reliable quality product all year round, without compromising on flavor, color or food cost.
For the production of our purees, we select premium fruits and vacuum freeze them shortly after picking. They then are thawed sous vide to avoid oxidation and then turned into puree through a grinding process at low temperature. Finally the puree is flash pasteurized: this eliminates micro-organisms, without spoiling any of the fruit s taste or color.
Our standard purees contain 10% sugar, but can also be produced without any sugar. They are available in 4 x 1 kg resealable trays or in 10 kg buckets.

IQF Fruits
Dirafrost offers a wide range of IQF fruit. Each fruit is the result of a constantly renewed selection of the right variety and region.
The fruits are cultivated according to our specifications for guaranteed traceability and quality.
After freezing, the fruits are selected, cleaned, laser sorted, calibrated and packed. According to your needs, we offer IQF fruit from different origins and in different shapes, packed from 300 g up to 10 kg or in bulk.
