They are easy to use due to their softness, to their malleability and their thin and regular structure. You will keep your objects much longer due to their excellent stability in ambient air.
· Marzipan 22% : 22% almonds, very good hold in fridge.
· Marzipan 33% : 33% almonds, perfectly soft, perfectly malleable, good absorbency of flavour and colourings for your candy centres.
