Glazes

As a natural protection against oxydation and dehydration, our Glazes bear gloss and shine to your pastries. Due to their sweet and slighty sourish taste and due to their gloss, they enhance the taste as well as the shine.

As their usage is very easy traditionnally as well as with spray machines, any CAULLET Glaze is of fast use .
1. Traditionnal gelified Glazes, used with a brush after a dilution variating from 5 till 30%, exist with / without fruit.
2. Concentrated creamy Glazes, used with a spray machine as well as with a brush, withstand freezing / thawing.
Exist in different types and dilutions variating from 50 till 100%.
3. Spray Glazes : ready to use in the spray machine, withstand freezing/ thawing.
4. Mirror Glazes : ready to use cold, withstand freezing / thawing.
